  • Mango has A strict policy of pre-payment and registrations REQUIRED BY THE DEADLINES  (this is so we can confirm numbers and book teachers).

  • Catch up classes or refunds are not offered for classes missed in the Term.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Registration & Fees must be paid in advance to secure your booking (otherwise classes may be cancelled if insufficient numbers).
  2. Catch up or Make-up classes are not offered for classes missed in the Term.
  3. Mango must be informed of Special Needs students and will require a letter from your Practitioner stating the child is medically fit to attend a dance class.
  4. All prices include GST.
  5. Should exceptional circumstances cause you to withdraw your booking, Mango requires 7 days notice.
  6. Pre-purchased classes/courses are non-refundable within 7 days before the class/course date.
  7. Under no circumstances are ANY spectators allowed to observe the Workshop/Courses.
  8. Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Mango Dance Productions takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes and workshops, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio. The student (or guardian if under 16 years of age) are responsible for ensuring that the student is physically and medically fit for the class and during the class the student must at all times take care of their own personal safety.
  9. Mango Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel a Class or Course if the minimum number of attendance is not met. Mango Dance Studio will refund all monies paid.
  10. Students aged below 16 must provide written parental consent to leave the premises during class hours. Students must not leave the premises unless a Parent or Guardian collects them.
  11. No responsibility will be taken for students leaving the premises.
