THANK YOU FOR ENQUIRING ABOUT OUR 1 YEAR  FULL-TIME DANCE INTENSIVE @ MANGO DANCE STUDIO.

YOU WILL BE SENT: 

• THE AUDITION APPLICATION FORM
• PROSPECTUS
• DATES

1. Please fill in the above form in order for us to send you the relevant information.
2. Audition enrolment forms must be received prior to the Audition.
3. You will not be allowed to audition without sending the Audition Forms prior to the Audition date.
4. You will be given an acceptance or non-acceptance letter after your audition.
5. If accepted, you will be given 10 days to submit your enrolment form along with $1000 deposit.
6. Under no circumstances are ANY spectators allowed to observe the Auditions.
7. Special needs students required a letter from their Practitioner stating they are medically fit to attend a dance class.
8. Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Mango Dance Productions takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes and workshops, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or adutions or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio.
9. The student (or guardian if under 16 years of age) are responsible for ensuring that the student is physically and medically fit for the class and during the class the student must at all times take care of their own personal safety.
10. Mango Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone the audition if the minimum number of attendance is not met. Mango Dance Studio will refund all monies paid.
11. Students aged below 16 must provide written parental consent to leave the premises during class hours. Students must not leave the premises unless a Parent or Guardian collects them.
12. No responsibility will be taken for students leaving the premises.
